They may be engaged in a bitter divorce, but Jenni ‘JWoww’ Farley is not criticizing her husband’s parenting skills. Farley and Roger Mathews of Jersey Shore fame, who share two children together, have been making headlines in recent months with their high-intensity relationship — and things just got messier, as reported by People.

After a blowout fight on Thursday that involved calling the police, Farley filed a restraining order against Mathews. Mathews responded with a series of Instagram videos about the incident, including one from the back of a police car. In them, he accused his wife of using their two children as ‘pawns,’ and preventing him from seeing them.

Farley’s best friend and Jersey Shore co-star Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi then stepped in, with a lengthy Instagram post of her own. The video, taken from security footage inside Farley’s home during the night of the incident with Mathews, shows her speaking to police.

Robert Mueller wants to have a face to face interview with Donald Trump. CNN reports that the Special Prosecutor has expressed a unchanged desire to speak directly to the president for over a year but Trump’s legal team is balking. According to CNN, Mueller wants to get some key insight into the president’s “state of mind” as it relates to the events under investigation. So far, Trump has supplied written answers to Mueller’s team. Those were submitted around Thanksgiving after about a year of negotiations with the president’s attorneys. But it looks like the Robert Mueller may not have been satisfied with those answers, given these new reports of a sustained interest in a sit down interview with Trump.

Bryce Masters has been awarded more than $6.5 million by a Missouri jury for a 2014 incident where an Independence police officer tasered the teen at a traffic stop — leading him to suffer cardiac arrest — and then was seen on video taunting the unconscious teen.

Masters was 17 at the time of the incident and had sued the city of Independence along with police officer Timothy Runnels, who shot the teen with a taser after Masters refused to get out of his car. As Fox 4 Kansas City reported, Masters nearly died after he lost consciousness and went into cardiac arrest. The lawsuit claimed that his heart stopped for close to seven minutes while no one from the police department tried to resuscitate him. Masters was eventually revived using a heart defibrillator.

Despite the devastating news that his wife, Beth Chapman, was recently diagnosed with a recurrence of her cancer, per the Inquisitr, it appears that at least one anxiety has been lifted from the shoulders of Duane “Dog” Chapman.

As People details, Duane Chapman was accused approximately two weeks ago of assault by an unknown man he encountered at Denver Airport. Two men, according to the Blast, approached “Dog” and accused him of having laid hands on one of them. The situation clearly deteriorated, as can be seen in attending video footage acquired by the media outlet.

Shouting racial epithets and threatening to “beat your [Duane Chapman’s] a**,” the pair of agitated men continued to harass him, even as he reportedly entered a nearby elevator with his sick wife — and an airline attendant — in tow.

Almost a month after receiving criticism for not visiting Arlington National Cemetery on Veterans Day, President Trump made an unannounced visit there on Saturday, December 15, Time is reporting. While he had once cancelled a trip to Aisne Marne American Cemetery, a cemetery in France honoring the lives lost in World War I, due to “poor weather,” the rain didn’t seem to bother him this time. Trump was pictured holding an umbrella as he observed an annual event where people lay down holiday wreaths to honor fallen soldiers. Rocco, an African Grey parrot rescued and fostered by National Animal Welfare Trust worker Marion Wischnewski, has fallen in love with his owner’s Alexa device, and uses it to order himself treats and toys, tell him jokes, and play music that he likes.

Wischnewski, who lives in Berkshire, U.K., took Rocco in after he created a ruckus at the NAWT offices after being rescued as a stray. Rocco would throw his water bowl around and erupt in profanity-laced tirades that eventually unnerved some of the workers at the sanctuary, so Wischnewski took Rocco under her wing and he now lives with her in her flat, according to Newsweek.

“Despite causing a few issues initially in the office, by swearing regularly and throwing his water bowl around, our dedicated staff member Marion Wischnewski agreed to take him home!” NAWT says about Rocco on their website.

If President Donald Trump signs the newly proposed farm bill into law, hemp will be legalized in the United States. That spells good news for purveyors of hemp-derived CBD, reports Nutracap labs, a dietary supplement provider. However, one of the most popular medical byproducts of hemp, CBD oil, remains illegal under federal law.

For the uninitiated, there is a difference between hemp oil and CBD oil, and it mostly boils down to where the oils are derived.

On one hand, hemp oil is derived from hemp that is usually grown for industrial purposes. Industrial hemp is comprised of low amounts of CBD (cannabidiol) and THC (tetrahydrocannabinol).

On the other hand, CBD oil refers to oil that contains a concentration of cannabidiol. CBD oil is usually extracted from hemp that’s cultivated to be high in cannabidiol since it only contains a miniscule amount of THC7, says Namaste, an affiliate of Zenabis, a licensed producer of recreational and medical cannabis in Canada.

MSN news reports that a protest group took to Facebook, sharing footage of their activist work via photographs and videos of several members of the animal group wading in water while holding up signs to the crowd that read, “animals are not entertainment,” “captivity is cruel,” and “dolphins belong in the ocean.” Due to their efforts, management at Sea World’s Marine Park on the Gold Coast was forced to call a halt to three live performances.

In the video, the protest group enters the dolphin pool and stops the show while holding up their signs. One protester spoke out loudly in the video, explaining what happened during the beginning of their protest and entry at Sea World as well as words about what they stand for and the overall success of their day.

Authorities in New York have uncovered a rather large healthcare fraud scheme that stole more than $2 million from taxpayer funded insurance providers such as Medicaid, reports NJ.com. The perpetrators have been convicted as of this past Monday.

Luis Omar Vargas, 46, was practicing dentistry completely unlicensed, stated federal authorities and Geoffrey S. Berman, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Berman spoke with reporters, notifying the public of Vargas’ crimes.

“Vargas and others induced patients to be seen at (the dental office) by offering patients a $25 cash kickback. Once the patients were in the door, Vargas and his co-conspirators charged insurance companies for services that were never performed and for services performed by Vargas that he was not licensed to perform.”

Amanda Hawkins, the mother of two children who died in Texas last year, was sentenced on Wednesday to 40 years in prison, People reports.

Amanda’s two children died after spending 15 hours in a hot vehicle. The mother left her two daughters in a vehicle overnight on the evening of June 6, 2017. One-year-old Brynn and 2-year-old Addyson Overgard-Eddy succumbed to death in the heat inside the car. Amanda was reportedly inside an air-conditioned home with a group of friends while her children were dying.

According to authorities, the outside temperatures rose to over 80 degrees that day. At some point in the evening of June 6, someone allegedly heard the girls crying. The individual asked if the children wanted to come in. Prosecutors working on the case believe that Amanda Hawkins vehicle’s engine had been running with the girls inside. However, a teenage boy from Hawkins’ group of friends later slept in the car, turned the engine off, and rolled the windows up.

Miles McChesney left his Tinder date to die on a Florida highway after she fell off the back of his Harley Davidson motorcycle, a lawsuit from the deceased woman’s family claims.

Jennifer St. Clair was killed last week on a highway in Pompano Beach after being fatally struck by multiple vehicles, the Florida Highway Patrol said. As the New York Daily News reported, the woman’s family claimed that McChesney picked up St. Clair on his motorcycle for a date at a restaurant in nearby Delray Bay. He was impaired as they drove home at close to 2 a.m. and drove recklessly, causing St. Clair to fall into oncoming traffic, the family’s lawsuit claims.

But Florida investigators have not been as open to discuss the details of St. Clair’s death. As the Sun-Sentinel reported, the accident remains under investigation and they have not announced whether McChesney will face charges for her death.

A video captured of an altercation fueled by racism on a New York City subway is shocking and angering the nation. The video, which was captured earlier this week, depicts Anna Lushchinskaya, a 40-year-old white woman, attacking a fellow passenger. The victim was a 24-year-old Asian woman who reportedly bumped into Lushchinskaya by accident. Lushchinskaya went into a sudden rage and launched into a racist tirade that caught the attention of all nearby passengers, according to CNN.

The incident occurred on the northbound D train in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Lushchinskaya began shouting profanity and racial slurs toward the victim and anyone else who tried to intervene. At one point, the video shows Lushchinskaya pulling the woman back before reaching into her purse for keys and an umbrella which she used as weapons against the woman. Although the victim tried to protect herself, she didn’t raise a hand against Lushchinskaya.

Fox News has reported that the U.S. Coast Guard is currently searching for a missing passenger who reportedly went overboard on a Carnival Cruise Ship, Victory, just 35 miles south of Islamorada, Florida earlier this week.

The missing person is a 26-year-old male. Currently, an alleged photo of the missing gentleman is being shared on social media, having originally been posted by another passenger on board the cruise ship, Kimberly Wyatt. Wyatt has been posting updates throughout the week as the intense search for the missing passenger continues. The searching has continued into the night.

The father of a 7-year-old Guatemalan girl who died while in Border Patrol custody is disputing the agency’s account that she died of dehydration after not eating or drinking anything for several days.

This week, reports emerged about the death of Jakelin Maquin, who died hours after being taken into Border Patrol custody on December 6. The young girl and her parents were with a group of more than 100 immigrants who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border in New Mexico and were taken into custody by agents. During the 90 minute bus ride from the desolate part of the state where they were picked up to a Border Patrol outpost, the girl fell seriously ill. But as the New York Times reports, exactly what happened remains in question.

After finally reaching a remote border crossing in New Mexico earlier this month, they thought their journey was nearing a turning point. After 11 seasons leading the team, Bedford High School football coach Jeff Wood was fired from his job earlier this week for reportedly posting a sarcastic reaction on social media after family members of a former player who took his own life asked him to leave the young man’s funeral.

According to a report from the Toledo Blade, the parents of University of Toledo freshman Maison Hullibarger specifically requested Wood not to attend their son’s funeral because of how the coach allegedly bullied Maison and his brothers during his time coaching them. While Jeff and Linda Hullibarger explained that none of the verbal insults Wood purportedly slung at their sons were individually “glaring,” the bereaved parents said that the comments were “cutting” enough to have an effect on the boys.

“[Wood] didn’t treat him well in life,” Linda Hullibarger told the Toledo Blade.
